Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any and all CUSTOMIZED items. We will request your confirmation on all items before starting the customization process. Once you have confirmed it meets your requirements and the customization process has started there cannot and will be no changes made on the order, although additional items may be requested and added to your order.

Concerning any and all premade items in our store, please carefully look at the product descriptions before placing an order. You are responsible for confirming any and all information concerning Size, Color, and/or Wording on all sublimation items. All sales are final as is!
